Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- All items from the original order must be returned. For promotional orders (e.g. buy-one-get-one-free), all units received must be returned to qualify for a refund. Partial returns are not eligible.

- Include a brief explanation of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.
Refund Process:
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Used, damaged, or partially returned items (e.g. returning only one bottle from a two-pack promo) do not qualify for a refund.
- Returns missing original packaging will not be accepted.
- Subscription and repeat orders are only eligible for a refund on the first order placed. Subsequent subscription renewals and repeat purchases are non-refundable. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing date.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
